Hi! I don't know how to go about this blog. Still, I want the main focus of it to be all-natural beauty, home remedies for skincare, health and wellness tips, healthy, wholesome, and whole recipes, and much more for a healthy and happy lifestyle! I will be trying out different brands and products and doing reviews for those unsure whether they want to go through with their purchase. As we are all going through this current global virus pandemic together, I have gotten a chance to educate myself on the things happening in the world and in future career options. I should have started this blog long ago, as soon as the stay-at-home order was implemented, but I was too focused on other things. I am right now, too, but if this blog is something I want to do, then I should start now. Otherwise, it'll never happen. I study overseas in Nairobi, Kenya, at an Arabic Academy called Al Jamea tus Saifiyah. It is my fifth year at the University, but I am, of course, studying from home.
I discovered that blogging was big when I started following chelsweets.com on Instagram. I was shocked to learn that she doesn't make cakes to sell them; she makes them purely for content creation, and she's not the only one! I also started getting many Instagram ads about how to make a career out of blogging. I've known for a long time that I want to start my own skincare line and would have to create a blog to advertise my business. But that skincare line is far down the road, so I decided to make my lifestyle blog for now. Especially during this pandemic, people, including myself, have been spending a lot of time online. I decided to have this blog just for entertainment and educational purposes. For those interested in making a career out of blogging, I will soon be uploading a blog post about my entire journey as it has been extended. My concrete career goal is to become a registered dietitian nutritionist. But that is far down the road for someone who has yet to start college. But I realized that as a 19-year-old living in the U.S., I need to get myself up and not rely on my parents to provide for me anymore. And that is where this blog comes in. It combines passion, hobby, and work. Thank the travel blog family itslovelylife.com for giving me the 5-day free course where I could catapult myself into making this a reality and finally start my future. They educated me, taught me things that I didn't realize I was missing out on, and helped me get serious about this. Of course, I will include the details in my future blog post discussing this. I have been interested in nutrition ever since I can remember, but I didn't get serious about it until I came across Emma DeAngela of AlkalineFoods.net and diet-sage.com. I signed up for her weekly newsletter, and the main thing that captured me was how she talked about more than just sugar, calories, and junk food. She spoke about how different appliances at your house can affect you, along with healthy lifestyle tips and how the other components of other food groups can affect you in specific ways. Like any young person, my career options changed at least once a week, especially in this millennium. As I came across different job opportunities and career information, I kept finding my passion in more and more fields. Especially as someone with such a broad scope of expertise and interests, I needed help figuring out what I wanted. But throughout this entire journey, one thing stayed constant. And that was my passion for health and nutrition. And I knew that I wanted to help myself and my family, my community, and the people around me.
I could keep going on and on and on, saying things about me like the narcissistic person I am, but I'd rather not waste your time. You can visit the About Me page for those interested in getting to know a little more about my introverted but still somehow loud self. I would also appreciate it if you could leave comments below about what you would like to read more about, if there is anything you would like me to try or review, and whether there are any questions you would like to have answered through my blog posts. Because, in the end, a blog isn't a blog without the readers. Thank you. I hope you enjoy reading my blog as much as I enjoy creating its content for you.
